4 to 11 April 2026
A very good week across the complex with 77 carp caught to 57lb 14oz. This total included 11 x 50s and 32 x 40s!!
We welcomed Team Rigmarole to Lac Serreire who between them caught a very impressive 64 carp.
With the recent hot weather the bulk of the stock spent most of the week in the shallow water. Top rod was Ash who took full advantage amassing 33 carp including 2 x 50s to 55lb and 12 x 40s to 47lb.
Other highlights included Gaz who caught 18 carp including 4 x 50s and 5 x 40s to 55lb 3oz, Mark fishing Tim and Mary’s with 2 x 50s and 2 x 40s to 57lb 12oz and Andy in Middles with 6 carp including 3 x 50s and 2 x 40s!
Over on Badgers we welcomed regulars Adam and Dave who unfortunately didn’t get amongst the bigger residents but still managed 13 including 10 x 40s to 49lb 8oz.

28 March to 4 April
Kevin and David were our guests on Badgers Holt this week. Weather conditions were not ideal with low temperatures and a northerly wind but they still managed 8 carp.
This included a common of 57lb and 5 x upper 40s to 49lb.

21 to 28 March 2026
Just two anglers across both lakes this week with Dan on Badgers unfortunately having to leave on Monday due to a business emergency.
Russ fished Lac Serreire on his own from Tim and Mary’s swim and caught 21 carp including 1 x 60, 3 x 50s to 55lb 4oz and 5 x 40s to 49lb.
Despite only fishing til Monday Dan still caught 2 on Badgers Holt including a 53lb mirror.

A good opening week on Lac Serreire for Kev, Charles and Patrick with 45 carp to 65lb.
Their haul included 2 x 60s of 63lb 14oz and 65lb, 4 x 50s to over 55lb and 9 x 40s to 49lb.
Top angling gents! Badgers Holt kicks off this week.
